Ingredients
Mango pulp 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 3/4 cup ( or depending on the sweetness of mango)
Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Dry fruits 2-3 tbsp and some more for garnishing.
Preparation
- Hang curd in a muslin/cotton cloth for around 3 hour or until all water is drained out.
- Take out the hung curd in a mixing bowl and add mango pulp and mix well until smooth.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix again.
- Refrigerate it before serving and garnish with dry fruits and saffron if available.
