Veggie Bow-Tie Pasta / Farfalle


Ingredients

Bow-tie pasta 2 cups
Diced brocoli

Thin sliced onion 1
Sliced bell pepper 1
Chopped tomato 1
Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
Dried oregano 1/4 tbsp
Dried basil 1/4 tbsp
Salt
Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Heat water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil. When water comes to boil, add pasta and stir & cook until they are soft and seems cooked. Once cooked, drain pasta under cold water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, bell pepper, tomato and mushrooms & add basil and oregano.
  3. Stir fry the vegetables adding salt to it. Don't overcook it, vegetables should remain crispy.
  4. Now, add pasta and stir continuously to mix everything well and it's ready to be served. Enjoy!!
