Cold sandwich

Ingredients 

Bread slices 8
Hung curd/ yogurt 2 tbsp
Mayo 2 tbsp 
Chopped Cucumber 1/2
Chopped tomato 1
Salt 1/4 tbsp 

Preparation 


  1. Cut the edge off of the bread slices. We don't need them.
  2. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except bread slices.
  3. Now fill in this mix between 2 bread slices. Do the same for rest of bread slices.
  4. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and keep in refrigerator for 20 min.
  5. Serve cold sandwiches with tomato ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
