Ingredients
Inchins Bamboo Garden Noodles 6 loops
Shredded carrot 1/4 cup
Scliced bell pepper 1/2 cup
Chopped spring onion 1/4 cup
Chopped green chili
Chopped green chili
Thin Sliced onion 1/2 cup
Fine chopped green beans 1/4 cup
MSG (mono sodium glutamate)
Ching's Secret Chowmein miracle masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Preparation
- Add noodles, a tsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp salt to boiling water. Boil noodles for 4-5 min.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add sliced onions.
- Further add cabbage, carrot, green beans, bell pepper and green chili. Stir cook.
- Add noodles and mix well.
- Now add Ching's soy sauce, Ching's Vinegar and Ching's Chowmein miracle masala, salt, msg.
- Serve Hot.
