Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients


1 Pack of Noodles
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Carrot
2-3 Chopped Green Beans
2-3 Chopped Green chili
1Tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Black pepper powder

Dried Basil Leaves

Vinegar
Soy sauce (optional)
Canola Oil

Preparation

  1. Heat water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil. When water comes to boil, add noodles and stir & cook until they are soft and seems cooked. Once cooked, drain noodles under cold water and keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok and add ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for some seconds. Then add chopped onion and fry it until golden brown.
  3. Add all the chopped vegetables. You can add mushrooms and spring onion as well, if you like.
  4. Sprinkle dried basil leaves, black pepper powder.
  5. Don't cook the vegetables to complete softness, it should be crispy.
  6. Add salt, vinegar & soy sauce (optional) and toss it well.
          It's ready to be served.
