Ingredients
1 Pack of Noodles
1 Chopped Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Carrot
2-3 Chopped Green Beans
2-3 Chopped Green chili
1Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Black pepper powder
Dried Basil Leaves
Vinegar
Soy sauce (optional)
Canola Oil
Preparation
- Heat water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil. When water comes to boil, add noodles and stir & cook until they are soft and seems cooked. Once cooked, drain noodles under cold water and keep aside.
- Heat some oil in a wok and add ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for some seconds. Then add chopped onion and fry it until golden brown.
- Add all the chopped vegetables. You can add mushrooms and spring onion as well, if you like.
- Sprinkle dried basil leaves, black pepper powder.
- Don't cook the vegetables to complete softness, it should be crispy.
- Add salt, vinegar & soy sauce (optional) and toss it well.
It's ready to be served.
