Ingredients
All purpose flour
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Instant Yeast 1 pouch
Luke warm water 1 cup
Preparation
- Before starting to knead it, set the oven to 450F for pre heating.
- Spread flour on the work area and start kneading the dough, folding the corners and pressing & pushing it from center towards outward with heals of the hands until it's no more sticky.
- Roll the dough into round shape, grease the baking tray and transfer the rolled dough on it.
- Cover the pizza base with marinara sauce and top with your choice of toppings and bake for 15-20 min until the pizza is golden and crusty.
