Ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cup
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tbsp
Milk1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Butter (unsalted) 1/2 cup
Blueberries 2 cups

Preparation
- Pre heat oven to 375 F and oil spray muffin pan and muffin liners.
- Beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Beat in the dry ingredients alternating with milk.
- Fold blueberries to the batter until uniformly distributed.
- Pour the batter to the muffin pan and bake for 30 min.
- Insert tooth pick. If it comes out clean, blueberry muffins are ready to go.
