Ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cup
Eggs 2
Ripped banana mashed 2
Sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter for greasing
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Chopped walnut 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Pre heat oven to 375 F and grease a round pan.
- In a bowl beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, banana, walnut, milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Beat in the dry ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and bake for 35-40 min.
- Insert tooth pick in the cake. If it comes out clean, cake is ready to go.
