Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

Finely chopped Tomato 1 cup
Minced Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion 1/4 cup
Chopped bell pepper 1/8 cup
Chopped Jalapeño 1/4 cup 
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ground Black pepper as per taste
Chopped fresh cilantro 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend together all the ingredients to desired consistency, chill and serve with tortilla chips.




Note: Adjust the quantity of Jalapeño and lemon juice as per the taste.
