Pao bhaji masala 2 tbsp

Preparation
Bhaji
- Wash and boil all vegetables. Mash boiled potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Stir until translucent.
- Add garlic, green chili, stir for 1-2 min.
- Add tomato, turmeric powder, pao bhaji masala & red chili powder.
- Add boiled vegetables to the pan and mix well. Add salt to taste.
- Pour in some water for a good consistency bhaji, not too liquidy. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
