Ingredients
Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate 1 Pack (4oz)
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Whole eggs 2
Egg yolks 2
All Purpose Flour 6 Tbsp
Serving Size: 6
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Butter small custard cups or any other oven safe small bowls, place on baking sheet.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowls for 1 min on high or until butter is melted.
- Whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in powdered sugar, whisk to mix completely.
- Add eggs and egg yolks, mix well.
- Stir in flour.
- Pour batter into buttered cups and bake for 13-14 min or until edges are firm but the centre is still soft.
- Let it stand for 1 min.
- Carefully run knife around the cake and gently invert the cake into serving plates. Dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm to enjoy the molten centre.
