Mango Srikhand


Ingredients

Mango pulp 1 cup
Yogurt 2 cup
Powdered Sugar 3/4 cup ( or depending on the sweetness of mango)
Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Dry fruits 2-3 tbsp and some more for garnishing.

Preparation

  1. Hang curd in a muslin/cotton cloth for around 3 hour or until all water is drained out.
  2. Take out the hung curd in a mixing bowl and add mango pulp and mix well until smooth.

  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix again.
  4. Refrigerate it before serving and garnish with dry fruits and saffron if available.
