Salad In A Glass / Green Juice

Ingredients

(Best if organic ingredients are used)
Kale 3 leaves
Spinach 1 cup
Orange / mandarin 2
Lemon juice 1
Grapes 1/2 cup
Carrot 1
Grated lemon Zest only if you are using organic lemon 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Wash all leaves and fruits really well and chop them, this will help mixer to blend faster.
  2. Blend together all the leaves, fruits, lemon juice, lemon zest & ice cubes until completely smooth.
  3. It can be refrigerated for up to 48 hrs. 
  4. You can add more fruits & veggies as you like, it's always good to include fruits and vegetable with skin (good source of fibre). 

Fruit/ vegetables suggestions: apple, cucumber, parsley, radish, cherries and different kinds of berries. Avoid any kind of artificial sweetener or flavors.
Quantity and type of fruits & veggies can be changed as per taste preference, e.g. use more sweeter fruits for a sweet drink.
