Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 1/2 tbsp OR to taste
Skews 4-5 large
Oil spray
Square sliced bell Pepper 2
Square sliced onion 1
Preparation
- For marinade, mix together all ingredients except paneer and prepare a smooth mixture.
- Cut paneer in big cubes to avoid breaking while skewing.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade, cover and let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 degree C.
- Spray some oil on the baking sheet to avoid paneer sticking to the sheet.
- Skew a piece of bell pepper, onion and paneer and repeat it until the skew is full, leaving some space at both the ends of the skew to hold & turn in between baking.
- Place the ready skewers on the baking sheet and spray some oil on them as well.
- Place it under the oven and bake for 25 min, turn the skews half way.
- Take it out of the oven when it seems to be slightly browned. Sprinkle some chat masala to enhance the taste.
- Serve with mint/ cilantro chutney, sliced lemon and onions.
