Ingredients
Bow-tie pasta 2 cups
Diced brocoli
Thin sliced onion 1
Sliced bell pepper 1
Chopped tomato 1
Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
Dried oregano 1/4 tbsp
Dried basil 1/4 tbsp

Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

Preparation
- Heat water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil. When water comes to boil, add pasta and stir & cook until they are soft and seems cooked. Once cooked, drain pasta under cold water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, bell pepper, tomato and mushrooms & add basil and oregano.
- Stir fry the vegetables adding salt to it. Don't overcook it, vegetables should remain crispy.
- Now, add pasta and stir continuously to mix everything well and it's ready to be served. Enjoy!!
