Vegetable Rotini Pasta

Ingredients

Rotini pasta 2 cup
Chopped brocoli 1 cup
Chopped tomato/ sun dried tomato 1
Long sliced onion 1 large
Mince garlic 3 cloves
Dried oregano 1/2 tbsp
Dried basil 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat water in a pan with salt and few drops of oil. When water comes to boil, add pasta and stir & cook until they are soft and seems cooked. Once cooked, drain pasta under cold water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, bell pepper, tomato & add basil and oregano.
  3. Stir fry the vegetables adding salt to it. Don't overcook it, vegetables should remain crispy.
  4. Now, add pasta and stir continuously to mix everything well and it's ready to be served. Enjoy!!
