Banana Walnut Cake

Ingredients

All purpose flour 2 cup
Butter 1/3 cup
Eggs 2
Ripped banana mashed 2
Sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup 
Butter for greasing 
Salt 1/4 tbsp 
Chopped walnut 1/2 cup

Preparation 

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 F and grease a round pan.
  2. In a bowl beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs, banana, walnut, milk and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  5. Beat in the dry ingredients.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and bake for 35-40 min.
  7. Insert tooth pick in the cake. If it comes out clean, cake is ready to go.
