Capsicum 4
Paneer 50 gm
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Chopped cashew nuts 10
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Minced Onion 1
Minced Green chilli

Preparation
- Mash boiled potatoes and paneer. Remove the stems from capsicum and remove seeds.
- Mix well potatoes, paneer, cashewnuts, amchoor, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and salt. Keep aside.
- Preheat oven to 225ÂșC.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion. Cook till translucent and add ginger and green chillies.
- Mix in potato mixture and continue to cook for two minutes.
- Stuff this mixture into the prepared capsicum shells, sprinkle cheese and place on baking tray.
- Bake capsicums for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
- Slice off capsicum thinly from the bottom so that the capsicums stand steady when placed on a baking tray.
- Stuffed Capsicums can also be cover cooked in a pan with little oil on slow heat.
