Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

All purpose flour 2 cup 
Sugar 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tbsp 
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tbsp
Milk1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Butter (unsalted) 1/2 cup
Blueberries 2 cups
Muffin liners 12

Preparation 

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 F and oil spray muffin pan and muffin liners.
  2. Beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  5. Beat in the dry ingredients alternating with milk.
  6. Fold blueberries to the batter until uniformly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter to the muffin pan and bake for 30 min.
  8. Insert tooth pick. If it comes out clean, blueberry muffins are ready to go.
