Pav Bhaji

Ingredients 

Potato 2
Chopped Tomato 2
Green beans 1/2 cup
Green peas 1/2 cup
Bell pepper 1/2 cup 
Cauliflower 1cup
Carrots 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Minced garlic 1 tsp
Chopped green chili to taste 
Oil/butter for cooking  
Pao bhaji masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste 
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Pav
Water 1/2 cup

For serving

Butter
Minced onion
Lemon slices
Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation 

Bhaji


  1. Wash and boil all vegetables. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Stir until translucent.
  3. Add garlic, green chili, stir for 1-2 min.

  4. Add tomato, turmeric powder, pao bhaji masala & red chili powder.


  5. Add boiled vegetables to the pan and mix well. Add salt to taste.

  6. Pour in some water for a good consistency bhaji, not too liquidy. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

Pav

I have used market bought pav(s). Roast pav(s) on skillet with lots of butter.




Serve Pav Bhaji with the topping of butter, coriander leaves and side of minced onions and slice of lemon.
