Vanilla ice creamSabja seeds
Falooda Sev
Chilled milk
Rose syrup
Preparation
1. Soak sabja seeds in water for 1/2 hour, drain and keep aside.
2. Boil falooda sev in water until its soft.
3. In a tall serving glass, add 1 tbsp rose syrup. You can add more if you like it more sweet.
4. Then add the drained sabja seeds & falooda sev.
5. Add chilled milk to the glass.
6. Now add ice cream scoop onto it. And it's ready to be served. It can also be garnished with sliced pistachios.
Alternate Way:
If you can't find sabja seeds, faluda sev and rose syrup in store or you want to make kulfi faluda real quick, just buy a kulfi faluda mix which include all of these 3 ingredients and simply boil it with milk. Chill it for 1/2 hour and then pour it on ice cream scoop. And it's ready to go.
