Raita

Ingredients


Plain yogurt 1 cup
Grated radish, carrot, cucumber

Finely chopped tomato
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 tbsp
Red Chili powder
Chaat Masala
Cilantro for garnishing

Preparation

1. Whip yogurt nicely and add salt, sugar, red chili powder & chaat masala (as per taste).
2. Further add grated Carrot, Radish, Cucumber and chopped Tomato.
3. Refrigerate for 15-20 min.
4. Garnish with cilantro leaves and grated carrot.
