Roasted Potato Wedges



Ingredients

Medium Potato 3
Oil 1tbsp
Roasted potato seasoning mix 1-2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash & pat dry potatoes.
  2. Cut Potatoes lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into 4 or more wedges. Place in large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1-2 Tbsp of seasoning mix with 1 Tbsp of oil.
  4. Pour seasoning mixture over potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes. You can cook it for more time depending on your desired crispiness.
