Guacamole

Ingredients

Avocado 1 large
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Minced onion 3-4 tbsp
Minced tomato 3-4 tbsp
Minced cilantro 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut avocado vertically into half and with the help of a knife remove the seed.
  2. In a bowl, scoop avocado pulp and lemon juice, toss well to coat the pulp with lemon juice, drain excess lemon juice and keep aside.
  3. Add salt, minced onion, tomato and cilantro and fold well.
  4. Now add the reserved lime juice and let the guacamole sit at room temperature for an hour and serve with any crunchy dippers. Tastes best with tortilla chips (organic).
