Ingredients
Ripped banana 4
All purpose flour 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Unsalted Butter 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Preparation
- Preheated oven to 375 F.
- Grease muffin tray.
- Mix all purpose flour,baking powder and salt.
- In a cake mixer, beat 2 bananas with sugar for a good 2-3 min.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add dry ingredients, scraping sides time to time.
- Mash the left 2 bananas with a fork and add it to the batter. Add walnuts and mix it with a spatula until spread uniformly.
- Scoop batter in muffin tray and bake for 20 min.
- Do toothpick check, if it comes out clean, take muffins out of the oven.
- Let it coil for 15 min. Enjoy!
