Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients 

Ripped banana 4
Chopped walnut 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 2 cup 
Sugar 1 cup 
Unsalted Butter 3/4 cup 
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp 
Baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Salt 1/2 tbsp 

Preparation 


  1. Preheated oven to 375 F.
  2. Grease muffin tray. 
  3. Mix all purpose flour,baking powder and salt.
  4. In a cake mixer, beat 2 bananas with sugar for  a good 2-3 min.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  6. Slowly add dry ingredients, scraping sides time to time.
  7. Mash the left 2 bananas with a fork and add it to the batter. Add walnuts and mix it with a spatula until spread uniformly.
  8. Scoop batter in muffin tray and bake for 20 min.
  9. Do toothpick check, if it comes out clean, take muffins out of the oven.
  10. Let it coil for 15 min. Enjoy!
