Ingredients
Grinded green peas 3 cups
Green chili (grinded with peas)
Cubed potatoes 2 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, stir in onions until translucent.
- Add potatoes, cook for 2-3 min.
- Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala. Stir for 1-2 min.
- Add grinded peas and green chili. Add some water, mix and cover cook until potatoes are cooked properly.
- Nimona is ready to be served with steamed white rice.
